Orthopaedic & Sports Physiotherapy in Islamabad

Recovery is not a template. It is a diagnosis, a plan, and a clinician who stays with you until movement feels like yours again.

At Islamabad Aesthetics & Therapy, every course of orthopaedic and sports physiotherapy begins with a doctor-led assessment — not a machine, not a package. Our musculoskeletal and sports specialists examine how you move, where the pain originates, and what your joints, muscles and history are telling us. Only then do we treat.

The clinic is led by Dr. Azaz (DPT, SPT), formerly sports physiotherapist to the PCB and SSGC — experience earned where recovery timelines are measured against match schedules, now applied to every patient who walks in, athlete or not.

What we treat.

Sports injuries and post-injury rehabilitation. Joint, muscle and musculoskeletal pain. Post-surgical recovery. Postural problems and gait difficulties. Where clinically indicated, treatment may include manual therapy, dry needling, electrotherapy and kinesiotaping — chosen for your case, never by default.

Your first visit.

Expect a thorough physical assessment and an honest conversation. You leave with a working diagnosis, a treatment plan, and a realistic sense of how long recovery should take. Treatment often begins the same day.

Whether you are returning to sport, to work, or simply to a pain-free morning, the standard of care is the same: assess properly, treat precisely, and measure progress honestly.

Common questions.

How do I book an appointment?

Message the physiotherapy department directly on WhatsApp at 0314 9882227, or call the same number. Tell us briefly what you're experiencing and we'll arrange an assessment with the most relevant doctor on our team. The clinic is on the 1st Floor of Galleria Mall, I-8 Markaz, Islamabad.

Do I need a referral from another doctor?

No. You can book directly with our physiotherapists — each holds a doctoral qualification in physical therapy and conducts their own clinical assessment. If your case needs input from another specialty, we will tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your diagnosis, how long you've had the problem, and how your body responds. After your first assessment, your doctor will give you a realistic estimate and review it as you progress — we adjust the plan based on measured improvement, not a fixed package.

Will treatment hurt?

Some techniques — deep manual work or dry needling, for instance — can be briefly uncomfortable, and mild post-session soreness is normal as tissues respond. Your doctor explains each technique before using it, and nothing proceeds without your comfort and consent.
